Sleep Deprivation

Being homeless causes sleep deprivation. And many homeless shelters, thinking they are inspiring people to leave homelessness by making the shelter uncomfortable, actually create an environment that creates sleep deprivation.  The effects of sleep deprivation only worsen the state of homelessness.
